Wenn du Matcha pur trinken willst, bringt er ein klares Profil in die Schale \u2013 ohne Milch oder Rezeptkontext. <\/p>\n<p>Sensorisch zeigt er sich grasig und weich, mit ger\u00f6steten und nussigen Noten. Die gr\u00fcne Richtung gibt Kontur, w\u00e4hrend die w\u00e4rmeren Akzente den Tee runder machen; in der Usucha-Zubereitung tritt dieses Profil direkt hervor. <\/p>\n<p>Der Tee stammt aus der ersten Fr\u00fchlingsernte (Ichibancha) in Kagoshima, einer wichtigen Teeregion im S\u00fcden Japans.
